WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days across India.
What is your revision, exchange, or damaged item claim policy?
All revision, exchange, replacement, or damaged item claims must be submitted within 48 hours of your order being delivered. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
For damaged item claims, a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package sealed before opening and capture the entire unboxing process from start to finish. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
What is the return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective. The product must be unused and in its original condition with tags intact. No size related returns or exchanges.Check our return policy for more info.
